BPA Program Manager
BPA Program Manager - Candidate should have experience in managing BPA/IDIQ, Information Technology (IT) projects.
Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Candidate should have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in managing software testing/quality assurance/ IV&V projects for federal agencies.
Preferred:
Candidate with prior experience in managing DHS projects.
ICertifications need:
Must have a PMP.
